Chloe would like to make your skin treatments very accessible. The Shining Star Membership is like a layaway program. You would be able to add 100.00 or a larger amount to your Radiance account monthly. This way after 2 or more months your treatment(s) would be paid for. You would also save 10% off every treatment for being a Shining Star Member. This is a skin care savings plan.
