We offer complimentary consults for our services. Consults are required in order for us to create a treatment plan suitable for your needs. Appointments are required at all times. We are closed on statutory holidays. We are open limited days and times per week.
We value your business and appreciate your loyalty. Please respect our scheduling by providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when you have to reschedule an appointment. We understand that situations unexpectedly come up and we may be willing to make exceptions but you may be charged a cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Insufficient notice of cancellation, no shows or missed appointments may result in a $100.00 fee subject to our discretion. Multiple missed appointments will result in requiring having a credit card on file or a deposit left prior to booking an appointment.
Thank you for understanding that our time is valuable and cancelling your appointment without proper notice leaves our business needing to be compensated.
Arriving late to an appointment may result in the length of your appointment being shortened or rescheduled. We would appreciate you letting us know if you’re running late. Consistent late appointments will be subject to the full cost of the treatment even if the length of the treatment is reduced, and we may require a credit card on file for future appointments.
